SYNOPSIS:
Jack&June is the story about a special night of a strong minded, witty couple in their 30s,
struggling to keep their relationship alive - Stuck in their pjs for one too many movie nights, what starts off as a tense and dull evening, soon evolves into a spectecular, action filled, imaginary journey of rediscovering who they really are and what was long lost: their loving spark.

STATEMENT
by TIM, PAUL, RILANA
Jack&June is a "lock-down-short-film" - Written, directed and produced solely by a crew of three,
during the first and scary, hard Covid-19-pandemic-lock-down in Berlin, Germany.
Heavily influenced by the social distancing regulations and all other restrictions, its idea was actually born and brought to life through those:
Out of the original plan, which was to only shoot a short acting dialogue scene together,
the idea emerged to create an original short movie, with the resources we had at hand.
And it was actually done, we created Jack&June.
Therefore we regard this short film as a hopefull reminder of the fact, that in uncertain and even very dark times, something good can come from bad. For us, Jack&June represents the mysterious lemonade that everybody is talking about, the big window that opens, when a door shuts.
Hopefully it will do the same for you and bring you all lots of joy and inspiration.
