Based in Berlin Germany, Paul works as as Director and Choreographer for stage and screen productions. His youngest project, the self produced short film "Jack&June", co-produced together with Rilana Nitsch & Tim Olcay, was awarded "Best Foreign Quaratine Short" at the Studio City International Film and Television Festival in Los Angeles, USA.

His current project, the 40 min. short film ENCORE, will be coming soon in 2022. It is a co-production with his husband and partner in all crimes,

Tim Olcay.

 

Before transitioning into direction and choreography, Paul started his career as a dancer & performer at the age of 12, at a local dance studio in his hometown Lengerich, in Germany. Shortly after, he transitioned to the well known dance studio Rebeltanz in Münster for further intensive dance and performance training. Having finished his A-level exams, Paul decided to enter a professional training programme and was fortunate enough to have been accepted into various vocational dance programmes across europe.

Therefore Paul was able to study at some of europe's finest dance and art institutions, such as the Codarts - Rotterdamse Dansacadmie (NL), the Palucca School for Dance Dresden (DE), as well as the prestigious London Studio Centre in Great Britain.

Further training led his way through intensive programes, workshops and dance classes at institutions such as the Iwanson International School

for Conemporary Dance in Munich, as well as the world famous Edge Performing Arts Centre in Los Angeles California, the Millennium Dance Complex and the Movement Lifestyle Dance Studios in America.
